Funder-sponsored vaults
On the Community and Portfolio funder plans, a funder can cover the grant-management workspace for every organisation it funds. Grantees get Core access at no cost to them, the funder gets complete records across its whole portfolio, and nobody is asked to pay for the admin the programme requires.
Covers Core equivalent - grantees needing Growth or Portfolio upgrade themselves. Billed annually, co-terminous with the funder's platform plan. If sponsorship ends, the account drops to Free - never suspended.

For funders
Seeing and co-working every grant you fund is free forever - the two-sided record dies if oversight costs money. Funder plans are for designing rounds, taking applications, assessing them and making awards - sized by grants under management, the number of live grants in your account at any one time, not by how many rounds you run. Closed grants never count. Unlimited users on every plan, and a plan limit never stops you making an award - if your grantmaking grows past your band, we move you up at renewal. Funder plans are billed annually.

The billing small print, in plain English
- VAT:prices are in GBP and no VAT is added - we're not currently VAT registered. If that changes, prices here will say so explicitly and you'll be told in advance.
- Renewal: charity plans bill monthly in advance (annual billing saves two months); funder plans bill annually. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel or change plan - either takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- If a payment fails or a plan lapses: you are never locked out. Your grants, your recording and your exports all keep working - every plan carries unlimited grants. What pauses is adding working members beyond the Free band (existing members keep working) and, for funders, publishing new rounds. Nothing is locked away and nothing is deleted.
- Leaving: export is self-serve and always available. After you leave, records are kept only for the retention each grant carries, then deleted - the Platform Terms and privacy notice have the detail.
